DYNO -

Many Beta members are involved in a community improvement project called DYNO. Beta member Katy Jessee, her father David Jessee, and a few other teens founded an organization called DYNO (Dora Youth Non-Conformist Organization). It provides a place for teens to go for alcohol and drug-free activities.

Samaritan Outreach Food Drive -

This year, the Dora Beta Club was a part of the Samaritan Outreach Food Drive. Members of Beta organized and ran the drive. Boxes were distributed to each classroom throughout the school. Members then spread the word and encouraged people to bring non-perishable canned goods and donate them to the less fortunate. The class that collected the most cans was awarded a pizza party for their tremendous efforts.
