Eligibility Requirements
1. Must
be a
student
in
the
2011
high
school
graduating
class.
2.
Must
enroll
in a
four
year
college
the
first
semester
after
high
school.
3.
Must
be a
resident
of
the
State
of
Missouri.
4. Must
have
attended
as a
junior
and
senior
an
Eligible
High
School.
5. Must
have
achieved
a
high
school
GPA
of
3.25
or
higher.
6. Must
have
scored
23
or
higher
(composite
score) on
the
ACT.
7. Must
have
an
unmet
financial
need
of
$2,000
or
more
to
attend
college.
8.
Must
not have
been convicted
of a
felony.
9. Must
not
be
related
to a
Hagan
Scholarship
Foundation
(HSF)
employee
or
volunteer
