We had the pleasure of having Mr. Steve Carrier from the "Power Force Team" visit our school today. He uplifted our students with his positive message of goal setting, positive thinking, and showing what everyone can do if they choose to set their mind in the right direction.
Art Club teamed up with the preschoolers to create the backdrop for the Christmas Program tonight! Splatter painting was a lot of fun!

In art, the students have been learning about Charley Harper. Charley created non-realistic animals and insects out of geometric shapes and lines. The students' Harper inspired art turned out WONDERFUL just in time for winter break!

Boys basketball Mansfield Tournament Bracket for this week.
Also, girls will play Tuesday at Bradleyville at 6:00 and Friday at home vs Cabool at 6:00

Basketball boys play at home tonight 6:00 vs Liberty. Jv followed by Varsity.
Lady Falcons travel back to Fordland for the Championship game of the Fordland Tournament at 7:30 vs Houston.

Today Mrs. Allen's second grade presented a readers theater to Mrs. Jarvis's kindergarten class. At the conclusion they made pumpkin pie in a cup and had a wonderful time .



The Creative Sewing class learned how to embroidery then used the sewing machine to sew a pillow sham! Good job girls!

Today, Second grade learned about the phases of the moon. What better way to demonstrate their new knowledge than making Oreo cookie moons.




The Nutrition class had fun preparing and eating Thanksgiving dinner! Good job kids...it was delicious!!




The last day of elementary after school tutoring, for first semester, will be this Thursday, November 18th. Tutoring will resume after winter break on Tuesday, January 11th, 2022.

FCCLA members attended the Region 9 meeting at the Civic Center in West Plains.

Happy Veterans Day! Some of our Middle School students wanted to show their support in honoring their veterans through posters! You can see these later today at the assembly! 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲



Last week in photography, the students learned about abstract photography. The students used droplets of water on a DVD to create their images. Enjoy!
