Nutrition classes competed in cupcake wars this week. Each group had to find a recipe for cupcakes and icing, bake, decorate and build a display. Their recipe had to include at least 1 superfood such as avocado, berries, dark chocolate, carrots, coffee etc. The winning cupcakes were dark chocolate with coffee & caramel and carrot cake. They did a great job and had lots of fun!
